Cinestal Events was founded in Le Havre at the start of 2026, in a city where port logistics, industrial backdrops, and coastal light have long drawn film crews to Normandy. The agency was created to answer a need that most productions feel but rarely name out loud: someone has to hold the perimeter, manage the vehicles, and take care of the people in front of the camera — quietly, and without fail.
What began as a specialist set-management outfit has grown into a full production-support partner, covering everything from the first site survey to the final vehicle pulling away at wrap. Every service we offer maps to a real position on set, not a line item on a brochure.
We work the way a good stage manager works: present everywhere, visible nowhere, and always one step ahead of the schedule.

Lukas Horvath, Founder & President
Lukas Horvath founded Cinestal Events in Le Havre with a clear ambition: bring the discipline of on-set logistics to every production that shoots in Normandy, regardless of its size or budget. His approach treats set management as a craft in its own right — one that protects both the creative vision of the production and the safety of everyone on location.
Under his direction, Cinestal Events has built a team that thinks like production, not like a vendor: anticipating problems before they reach the director, and closing out each shoot day as cleanly as it opened.
